Entretien video seul avec des questions à préparer en 30 secondes , puis entretien avec son manager et un autre membre de l'équipe, et enfin, éventuellement un e étude de cas selon le poste. Le processus prend pas mal de temps en règle général, mais les RH nous gardent bien informé.

2nd touchpoint was a physical interview with manager and recruiter. We assessed the italian sneaker industry, different consumer approaches and mindsets, plus a case scenario.

It was an digital interview with HireVue. Upon receiving the invitation I had three days to complete the interview. Uncomfortable situation because of the overall setting. Several questions were asked about Nike, its products, the position I applied for, experiences in previous curriculum.
