Very difficult to get in but one of the best choices in my life.Highly recommend it.. be prepared for the interview...you don't know what are they gonna ask you.

First interview: virtual interview- few questions about your background and why Nike- two tries per question. After a few simulation games that include math related and behaviour related
Second interview- zoom call about your background why NIKE- very informal
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.
