Asked about experience in project management, process engineering, independent contributions, ability to manage a team, floor experience, etc. Spent a lot of time discussing expectations of role and explaining relationship to the industrial engineering team that sits at Headquarters.

entrevista muy buena, interesa datos extrafacultativos, como que te gusta hacer en tu tiempo libre, si hablas mas de un idioma, como me veo en 10 años, si me gustaria hacer un posgrado.

Entretien
I applied the job via a job website. Then get contacted by company's recruiter 2 days later, having about 30 minutes for phone screening interview with him. Second round was schedule as 1:1 phone interview with the hiring manager.
Last round was a board/panel face to face interview.
Total I went through 3 interviews before getting the official offer.
