The most relaxed and fun interview I've ever had. There were 16 of us and we played a warm up game, then they fired some Q&A about facts about Nike for us all to answer if we knew them. We had to choose a product that described us before pairing up and choosing an outfit from different sections for a profile of our own choosing, before individual interviews with two of the team leaders at the end.

La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
