IT consist of 4 rounds.
Post HR screening, first round was scheduled.
The interviewer joined late and then within 10 minutes said I am done with the interview and if you have any questions.
It was just the introduction and walkthrough of experience. I already have good exposure of end to end of an ecommerce domain so not sure what made him judged so quickly. Seems they already shortlisted someone and the interview was just for sake. Wasted my time and energy and looking at this behavior, have decided never to refer anyone or apply to Nike in future. Very bad experience , was not expected this type of experience from such a named brand company.

Amazing interview , from good feedback from the recruiter and hiring manager and solid structure. Had loads if patience and allowed me sufficient time to respond and ensure my answers provided clarity to the unique questions.

Entretien
Screening interview by phone with a recruiter, followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager.
Both people were smart, kind, and happy to share about their experience at NIKE. Both interviewers had considerable experience at NIKE and were able to provide context to the changes there.
