The entire process lasted about 3 weeks. Heard about the position then applied. Went through one phone interview (panel) with three store managers which lasted about 45 minutes total. After about a week I contacted and made an offer which I accepted and was given 2 weeks to prepare myself for the new position.

More of an informal chat, very easy. I was asked very basis interview questions along with a chat about myself and where I see myself in the future. For external candidates this interview process may be different.

It was a few days worth of interviews, group interviews, they let you know along the way if you got it. I got promoted to a better position based off of my interview.
