They call you in the beginning if they show interest in you to set up a phone-interview. A human resources officer will contact an applicant to set up time for a phone-interview. Afterwards, the human resources officer will choose applicants who will be sent in to the next round of ( most likely) face-to-face interviews.

Entretien
The process is pretty straightforward. They have a one-way interview. It's just weird to talk to a machine instead of an actual human being. There were 3 questions. And all questions are regular. Not too bad.

Entretien
Good experience, nice people. The interview lasts 45 min online and the interviewer is really nice. The overall difficult is about average. Questions including some experience, academic background, technical skills and other behavioral questions.

What would you change in the past if you have magic?
Had an initial one-way screening interview which had 3 questions. The questions were very general and behavioral. It was kind of hard to come up with good answers right away.
