1. Top-Down Management: The company operates with a rigid, "shut up and follow orders" mentality, stifling any employee initiative or input. While still making statements on how they want more proactivity and a more dynamic team. In bad taste dressing their orders as "team" decisions.
2. Prescriptive Working Style: The management enforces an extremely prescriptive way of working, expecting blind obedience and execution followed to the T, while ironically complaining about the lack of proactivity and lack of engagement from the team. (Whatever motivation team had was long dead). Management consistently dismissed any employee suggestions or proactive efforts.
3. Persistent Bullying Ignored: Bullying was a significant issue, I was
bullied and I reported it multiple times with no meaningful action taken. Shockingly, this behavior had been ongoing for years, as issue was already previously reported by existing and previous employees.
4. Abrupt Dismissal: I was dismissed for what appeared to be due to me challenging the status quo, and not my actual performance on the job, also giving me almost no notice. I had relocated from another country for this job, and management casually wished me "a nice weekend" after delivering the news.
