the interview process had 4 stages 1- call with recruiter 2- call with a hiring manager 3- panel interview which had 3 parts: panel, mock call, meet other members of the team. 4- director interview I really enjoyed the whole interview process, thought the whole thing was done very professionally and it meant you get a learn so much about the company and their values. just made me even more excited to join! from panel to last stage was very quick and got an offer the same day as the final stage. Internal recruiter was AMAZING, prepped me so well and was just so supportive throughout the whole thing. i've applied to many jobs and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. its not 'easy' do your research and make sure they are the right companty for you, and you are the right candidate for them. as long as that is aligned and you have done your research and have a good attitude for learning It will be fine. research case studies, use cases etc and make sure you have a few questions lined up to ask too.
