Interview was a 2 step process. I was interviewed by my then supervisor, a senior engineer with 20 years of experience, and a project engineer with 10 years of experience over Teams. I was then asked to do a final round interview (either in-person or Teams again). I chose the in-person option and met with most of the team members to get a better idea of the company culture, project team structure, etc
