Entretien
1) Initially they only ask for a CV and cover letter.
2) I was then asked to complete online psychometric tests. They give you 7 days from their conformation email to complete them. Test provider is SHL
- Inductive reasoning: 25 minutes, 24 questions
- Verbal reasoning: 19 minutes, 30 questions
- Numerical reasoning: 25 minutes, 18 questions
3) Then asked to complete an online application form - see interview questions for full form.

Interview divided in three sections. None of which I found I could have prepared for. First there were questions about experience. Next, technical questions. Lastly, questiond about how I would behave in an office.

It was an easy process, it is a 2 hours interview with 2 people where they sit you down face to face and talk about your 'strengths'. They paid for travel expenses

Entretien
it starts with a lunch and group interview, followed by an interview with the key people of the team. Workers are very friendly. The group interview was fun and had nice atmosphere. We also keep in touch afterwards.
