The process was somewhat lengthy, taking two months to complete all the interviews. It started with the recruiter and was followed by an interview with the manager of my team.

Question 1
There were many behavioural questions related to leadership skills and other competencies. Additionally, there were several technical questions focused on law, primarily concerning cybersecurity and AI regulations
Easy questions typical interview process met with several members of the team and went through some questions behavioral and situational interview questions with screening interview hiring manager and members of the team
Typical for a company of the size and scope of Microsoft. Average difficulty and timeline, not too difficult. Good interviewer who was interested in me. Lasted 30 mins for initial convo. Thank you.
