First round was a call from a recruiter, asking about your resume and asking for the three financial statements . Then final round is interviewing with 3 people, 45 minutes back to back. Questions are mostly behavioral and some strategic questions

1 final round interview: 2 half technical half behavioral, 1 all behavioral. Will usually be FRP managers or the FRP program manager doing the recruiting. They look for company fit, growth mindset, and customer obsession.
