30 minute call. Not much to talk about. Little about the job and that's it. I think it was just for taking the pulse from job market. They said they will come back within days. Almost a month passed by.

Typical behavioral interview process. STAR format style interview questions. Why do you want to work at Microsoft, tell me about a time questions, greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses. Consisted of a recruiter screening, and three back to back interviews with senior and principal PMs.

It was a level II and it was a great chat with the interviewer. More questions about my past experience, how I handled new features, change of requirements and my thoughts about AI replacing or writing code.
