J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Microsoft (San Francisco, CA) en déc. 2009

I applied to a hiring agency online which required a Microsoft Office skills assessment, which I aced.
I was given a phone interview with a recruiter, then was given a phone interview with a mid-level employee. I was brought into the office, to interview with the same employee on-site.
I was asked many of the same questions and overall, it felt like a very generic, standard interview. The interviewer seemed slightly interested and seemed to want more formal, professional experience. I was told I would get a call back, but I never was called. I called and emailed, and the recruiter got back to me a couple of weeks later and told me I didn't make it.

Question 1
Do you know what this is? (Points to a projector)
Can you explain how it works?
It was great actually to be honest it went smoothly. I'd say it went well and the questions were more work related, got zero questions about personal life at all and that's great.
The interview process with Microsoft was very easy and the manager was very great at communication. Overall, this was a great experience and I was able to learn about the role easily.

Call you and then ask you questions about your life and other qualifications. It was really easy and a great process. They also make you do a drug test. There were 4 rounds but one of them was the phone call
