HR arranged phone interviews with various people, located in various countries in Asia. All of them were same level as the hiring manager, but located in various regions. Interviews were about 45min to an hour. Questions ranged from skills, planning but generally normal interview questions

Got the call from the recruiter, schedule with 3 different team members of the Senior Leadership - got easy calls, not much technical - really human being. It was a good experience overall
