I feel like the process is very distant. I applied online through there website. There was just one interacting with HR over the phone and the assignment is given on the mail. One has to send the PDF of presentation over mail.
There was no way to get feedback on the assignment or explain the process. They reject or accept.
I did not get any understanding of the team or the project or the culture of the company.
