First interview was an in person with a coding question and letting them know what kind of position i was looking for. Then they asked me to do a phone interview which was almost all case based or situational questions, about 30min long. Got an email from a recriuter about doing a final round on site interview which is scheduled to be later this month where I'm supposed to meet with 3 or 4 different people.

Not a great experience with interviews taking 1 month to complete. Despite ongoing communication, the role did not move forward, reportedly due to approval constraints. The overall experience highlights a gap in aligning internal approvals before progressing candidates to advanced stages. Clearer communication and better alignment internally would improve the candidate experience
