Entretien
Applied through campus recruiting. Had first round interview on campus. It was around 30 minutes, and went through resume questions. Was asked to talk in detail about a project from my resume. Did not hear back from Microsoft for about 2 - 3 weeks, and I was suddenly contacted to schedule an on-site interview. On-site is standard 4 rounds of technical questions, data structures/algorithms. Heard back from them about 3 days after the on-site.
