Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn messaging and email. An interview was scheduled after a week with the hiring manager. It took another week for the recruiter to inform me that although the hiring manager enjoyed our interview, he wasn't sure I was the right fit for the role. The recruiter reaches out again two days later to pitch the Logistics Coordinator role. I agree and the recruiter takes another week to schedule an interview with the supervisor that I would be reporting to. After the interview with the supervisor, there was another weeks worth of waiting. What was most frustrating about the the process was that the supervisor ended our interview 15 minutes early and then complained that he had doubts about my experience. The recruiter reached out to me and asked that I provide an explanation for his doubts. I could have easily addressed those points during the interview instead of ending the interview early. In addition, the entire communication with the recruiter was via email or messaging on LinkedIn and although I asked multiple times for the budget for the role, it was never provided. I have more than a decade of experience in the role and I expressed my interest in being involved in strategic projects for the team. Instead of impressing the supervisor, he states that I "have to put in the work and prove my worth to be considered for those opportunities". Since when does a tech behemoth like Microsoft hire individuals with little to no career and professional aspirations?

Online (virtual), 3 people, unprepared, one person as driving ( manager of logistics). One was busy closing doors when his turn to ask questions, one was focusing on negative questions.
