Position is for Deggendorf, 3 rounds.

The process was very comfortable. Everything was processed relatively fast. Overall very positive.

In round 3 - Questions are extraploted my own experience and CV and the job description itself
HR screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by phase 3 which includes 3 separate interviews. HR screening was getting background experience, round 2 was seeing what my experience was with quality, phase 3 was all behavioral.

The interview was encouraging experience. Included both technical and behavioral questions. The members from cross functional teams were also in the interview panel. The talent acquisition team coordination was excellent.
