I applied online and I was invited to their recruiting event in October that I attended. Three weeks later I got an email to interview with them on a video call, a week after I got an in person interview at their office with HR and a CRA manager. They keep asking the same questions over and over whether the video call interview, the HR person or the CRA manager.
I was told in the interview that I will get a response in a week, It's been over a month and I still didn't hear back from them. A real waste of time ! Over 2 months in the interview process and they DON'T EVEN give you a response which is very disrespectful and unprofessional.
I was already very sceptical about them after reading all the really BAD reviews online and seeing their HR fighting for their life in the comments... lol
All I can say is don't waste your time with them, they aren't worth it. A toxic and unprofessional CRO, I should have believed the former employees reviews..

Phone call with recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with two managers. This included writing an English piece about a topic discussed. After wards followed by a phone or email conversation with HR on employment terms.

I received a response and invitation to interview just one day after applying. The first interview was with the CRA Manager, followed by HR. Both were professional and engaging.
After the first round, I waited 4 weeks for the result and then received an offer. Throughout the process, HR and the Hiring Manager were supportive and encouraging, making the experience positive and stress-free. Their kindness left a great impression on me.
I’m excited to join Medpace, and look forward to gaining valuable experience at Medpace and contributing to the company!
