An interview was scheduled and I was flown to the company for 1 day. The interview schedule consisted of dept. director, 2 managers, and vice president (VP interview did not occur). The interview consisted of questions attempting to determine how well my previous experience would adapt to the kind of clinical writing done at Medpace. Both managers wanted to know about my previous experience interacting with pharmaceutical company employees. Writing samples were submitted after the interview.

I went through three rounds of interviews and got to a VP who refused to even talk to me and tried to hand me off to someone who had nothing to do with the hiring process. I just walked out. Unprofessional waste of time.
