The phone interview about technical skills and why you want to join Medpace was very straightforward. They did push to give a number for salary. The talent acquisition person seemed to take many vacation days, so getting back to you was sporadic. The in-person interview was unexpected as everyone was offsite and virtual, but they still asked me to come on-site.

Once my application was accepted l, o received a call from HR to complete a screening interview. I interviewed with HR, then the department manager, director and a frontline manager.
The interview process was long and drawn out compared to what I had been used to.
