2 rounds for the interview. 1st interview was with HR. 2nd interview was with the manager I would be working under. Since it was for an internship, questions mainly revolved around a more in-depth explanatation of my background (previous internships I had also done) and why I wanted to intern at Mars. For the second and final round, it was less an interview and more an explanation of my expected role as a part of the team.

Standard: Tell me about yourself and why did I want to work at Mars.
Two rounds of Zoom interviews with potential future teammates + an online hirevue as the first step. It was mostly conversational with a few technical questions as well. HR was in contact with me via text throughout the process.

A bit longger than i thought and more details than expected. The hr is very friendly and can hold the conversation flow smothly despite the long duration. Overall pretty challenging interview

Entretien
A 15 minute one way video interview on their online platform, HireVue. There was essentially unlimited time to prepare and practice, and 3 trials before automatic submission. The interview can be done from anywhere and on any device with a front facing camera
