Applied online through answering questions and uploading a CV/covering letter. Was then invited to a 30 minute video interview. The interview was conducted with me and one other lady, which mainly consisted of competency questions, some questions in reference to the company and then an opportunity to ask our own questions.

Vlot en recht toe, recht aan. Geen eindeloze processen en bureaucratie. Lijnmanager bepaald vrij snel of je de juiste kandidaat bent of niet. Over het algemeen positief over het proces.

The interviews themselves were fine.
The communication from internal recruiter team was very poor. I had to chase up to get the interview booked in. radio silence for weeks.
