Interview with extreme caution. I interviewed for a position on the Walmart team in Bentonville, AR. I first interviewed with a recruiter and then had a second interview with the hiring manager. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary. However, the hiring manager reached out to my current direct supervisor and went over our interview in great detail which caused me to be terminated from my job. Fortunately I was offered a position with another company so I was only unemployed for a couple of weeks, but that could have been disatrous had I not found another job so quickly. If you are unemployed at the time feel free to interview with Mars, otherwise be very careful if you are still working and wish to be discreet in the interview process.
