My interview at Marks & Spencer was a really positive experience. It was held at the Wembley Outlet, and it was a face-to-face interview with one of the store managers. The atmosphere felt professional but friendly.
> The interviewer asked me about my background, why I wanted to work at M&S, and how I would handle different customer situations. There were also a few scenario-based questions, like what I would do if a customer couldn’t find a product or if the store was really busy.
> I made sure to talk about my volunteering experience, my strong communication skills, and how I enjoy helping people. Overall, it helped me understand how much M&S focuses on customer experience, teamwork, and maintaining high standards in service. It was a great learning experience and made me even more confident about working in retail.

quite easy and thorough, in a small office room - quite comfortable environment but very busy during high demand periods such as christmas and holiday season. extremely fun vibes however

Had an in-person interview at the store with the store manager. I had to check in at the desk upon arrival, then was brought upstairs for the interview. It was fairly relaxed and felt personable, the manager was lovely and the interview lasted for about half an hour.
Interviewer arrived late and didn’t apologise only asked one question. Rejected same day but interviewer put in system that I never arrived for my interviewer. Most likely already had someone to fill position.
