Referred from staffing agency; it was a mixed formal/informal interview with two experienced managers from the department; very comfortable and warm environment and approach. They were open to questions as well. Mandatory background check given the sector and clientele (as expected).

Quick pre interview phone call with recruiter, then a 45 min zoom call with hiring manager. It felt pretty casual and relaxed. Asked about difficult situations I’ve encountered, how I handled them and wanted to know I could look back and learn what worked and what I could have done differently.

Première entrevue téléphonique a duré 15 minutes juste pour connaître un peu plus sur ton background 2eme entrevue : 1h Processus simple et efficace. Les gens sont super gentils également lorsque tu fais des suivis.
