I interviewed for a summer position with Manulife Financial in Toronto. The positions are extremely tough to come by as they recruit primarily on an "as needed" basis for their service groups. I emailed various alumni and other contacts endlessly until I was passed along to HR and given an opportunity to interview. The interview process wasn't too bad, mainly determining that I was a hard worker and the right "fit".
