Got the interview through campus employer recruiting program. Interview was at their innovation lab in Communitech at Waterloo. The interview itself was mostly behavioural with questions mostly focused on background and experience on side projects and personal development. They want to know that you can pick up new languages on the fly that pertain to the particular solution you are prototyping.
