It was first a phone call then in a personal interview at their office in downtown. The interviewer was not professional, and when I asked him how was the work environment, he replied by saying it is like a military. I did not have a good experience at the interview, but this is only because it was my experience, however, Manulife has a good reputation of a good life-work balance and a good environment to work in.

Entretien
Great interview process with very friendly persons. There were many rounds of interviews, but I believe that was because I was progressing through them. Throughout the interviews I met various levels of leadership. There were a few tough questions that were very skills focused. Otherwise the conversation was casual and it seemed the interviewers were focused on determining whether I was the right fit for the company and vice versa.
