I interviewed direct manager and department head on the same day. First, I interviewed with direct manager. He read my CV and believed I fit into the role. We talked about my work experience and qualification. Then I interviewed with department head. We went through some general questions. The overall process took around 90 minutes.
Couple 2 rounds or so and final with department head. Was alright but the review process was very slow. Might be due to the period. But ultimately still was not offered.
3 interviews, engaging conversations with transparent answers. I felt that the people were authentic and genuine in sharing their experiences with the organization. And I was grateful to have met a wide variety of people to help me make a better educated decision.

Entretien
I really looked up to this brand for it's global culture. After 6 rounds of interviews and calls for a Director-level position they rejected my candidature (which is completely ok). When asked for a call/feedback as to why the rejection, I received no response from the HR personnel, nor the hiring manager.
