Autres retours d’entretien d’embauche pour un poste comme Case Manager chez Manulife
The process begins with a phone screening with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the managers from the team that most likely the opening for the position. As I applied during the pandemic, my interview was virtual. I believe the interviews continue to be conducted virtually.

Question 1
What I would do in specific scenarios as a case manager- for example if someone was rude to me over the phone.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Manulife (Toronto, ON) en mars 2019
Entretien
A phone screening followed by an in person interview with 2 panel. This is the second time in past 4 months. phone screening is not complicated. The person who phones does her job to send the candidates to the interview. The panel who sits have a say on who is going to get on board. I guess it would be better if the panel would decide at the first place who needs to be screened rather than wasting someone’s time and effort in attending the interview. It saves everyone’s time. If Manulife really needs someone to have a Canadian Experience, then they better hire people who have better or higher education compared to the ones who is already working.
Randstad hires people for Manulife. I know someone who was placed through Ranstad who doesn’t have any experience before and who has doesn’t even have much experience in this field but was hired. Randstad pays less than what Manulife pays. But the person has a job even with out experience.

Question 1
Describe how you can handle a claim where the claimant is depressed and he is working at a bank and he is off work. He says he doesn’t want to go to work because he is depressed and stressed out with lots of paperwork. How will you manage this. Would you call the claimant first or the employer? Would you approve his/her claim or deny?
