Very smooth process. Friendly and standard interview. Nothing too taxing. Dealt with the same person the entire time which made the process familiar and smooth. Quick and simple dextricty exercise in initial interview which is timed.

Fast, it keeps you on your toes. But I appreciated that. Starts off with a phone call. Then onto a numerical test. After these you’ll go through a dexterity test and interview. The next step is a medical test and opticians if needed.

The interview was straightforward and the questions were direct about yourself and your experience. They asked a few STAR questions as well. The process also involved a dexterity assessment prior to the interview. They would question how the applicant would be a good fit for the role.

Applied online on the Manpower website with CV and cover letter, there were a series of phone calls in between all the stages, online psychometric test, online interview, job offer after two weeks
