By telephone with Manpower for half hour. The hiring client had a screened telephone interview and the next step was an in person interview. I interviewed a total of 3 hours.

Bring examples of work done in project monitoring, bring in an exact example was difficult due to confidential information; however, I was able to show them a general overview of what was done on spreadsheets, tables and PPT graphics.
