I found the job through an employee with the company and was interviewed directly by the company that contracted with Pro Unlimited. I never met with a Pro Unlimited person prior to employment with the company. Pro Unlimited basically acted as a payroll service so the company could list me as contracted personnel and not an employee. It was a very unusual hiring experience. I had never been through this process before.

Question 1
The questions were pretty standard. The panel did talk about replacing the current analysis coordinator when she retired and about wanting to make changes with how the job was done and how the department operated. There were are few questions about my technical skills and organizational skills. The majority of the interview involved them providing information about the job.
