A friend of mine referred me and after an excellent phone interview with them I made a two hour drive to do the 1:1. At the end of the interview I felt very good about the outcome and was told "I will call you by the end of the week" I never heard back from the manager or any representative of the company, even by email. A month later a third party recruiter called me and after talking about the opportunity he was staffing I determined that it was the same one, told the recruiter who verified that it was the same job at PrO. This kind of disregard for candidates is unacceptable.

Entretien
Very straight forward and clear instructions on what to expect. Upfront discussion on salary/wages. Very seamless process. Questions were to the point and repeated when asked to do so. The interview was conducted by only one person at the Magnit level.

Somewhat lengthy, but mostly because PRO tried to make sure to find me the right fit for my experience. I considered roles with various clients, and PRO made sure to usher me through the process, despite getting bounced around between clients.

Met with PRO Director who oversees the client relationship, then PRO VP, who has ownership of multiple clients and with Client Contacts: Sponsor who would be my day to day contact and her manager who was a Director level.
