I talked with a MITRE Recruiter at my University's job fair after applying online to some of their positions. After this, I was interviewed on campus by my recruiter. This interview consisted mostly of questions about my resume, and what motivates me about cybersecurity. After this, I went through a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, concerning my past experience as well, and touching base a bit about what I'd potentially be doing in MITRE. Got an offer about a week after the phone interview.
