Great organization and very people oriented. My interview was a 15 minute presentation to a panel. My mentor let me know that Mitre doesn't do "stump the chump" type interviews so my mind was at ease. I really enjoyed sharing my presentation. Presenting for the panel allowed me to relax and control the flow of the interview.

for the Cyber New Professionals program. interview with recruiter, then interview with someone in the program. both went well. mostly gaging your interest in the company, security, and a few technical questions. did not continue to the next round
