Quick individual phone call, and then invited to a group recruitment evening. Held in the store after hours, no dress code and felt quite casual. Staff were nice and chatty & made you feel comfortable! Group element made it feel more intimidating than other interviews might have felt.

I arrived then I was shown how to use some of the products. There was a 1 hour trial shift where I had to try and sell products and sample products on customers too.
