Entretien
Was a group interview consisting of three parts. The first part was a focus group in which you had to lead a check in session. This would include talking about the daily target discussing an item of the day and leading a quick game/activity to raise moral.
The second part was a team work activity, in which you had to create a media post.
The final was a task which was you had to explain how you would connect with the community and boost sales.

Staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming, had me serve guests on the shop floor for half an hour without being shown where anything else or told what to do. Manager leading the interview acted like they couldn’t be bothered to interact

Decent questions, all related and no weird or unexpected ones. The whole process took about 45 min to an hour. Both manager and a 2IC were there during my interview.
