A group interview wherein we were asked unconventional questions and asked to engage with the products and one another; not for the faint hearted or introverted. It was incredibly awkward and essentially managed to determine who could shout the loudest and butter up the interviewers better than who could have worked well in the role. Everyone was passive-aggressively competing with one another and it was a generally unpleasant hour that I felt I needed a shower after.

Name a time when you've received outstanding customer service.
The interview was a 30 minute trial shift in store. I did really well, however, their feedback for improvement was an impossible task. It kind of made me feel like the store took lots of interviews to get a lot of free labour as paid workers stood around and did nothing.
