Applied online, a few days later received an email from HR asking to set up a phone interview. Went over the basics of the position and my experience in previous positions. After that, I received a phone call from the Store Manager asking to set up an in-person interview. Relatively easy interview asked more basic questions on my past experience and things like that. About two weeks later I asked to do a Background Check which then took a month to complete.

Was in a group setting, me and someone else as well as 2 managers. A lot of questions were situational, and they asked what our experience was like. (make sure your experience is relevant to the job you're applying to) If you do interview ask how they would define success in the role. they will tell you its based on KPI's.
