A recruiter reached out to me and had me answer a few questions about the job. A day later, she scheduled an appointment for me to meet with the program manager. We met for lunch. He asked me about my job history and experiences. The job offer came the next day.

Intense but thoroughly conducted. Very professional. Be prepared to answer in-depth questions and try to stick with the STAR method. These positions are very competitive and there will be very capable candidates.

The hiring manager gave some background on the position and asked some basic questions based on my prior experience in the field. The questions were pretty general and then she gave me a timeline on when I would start.

Very laid back, friendly, informal. I was made aware of all job openings in the local area. Went over experience and personal acquaintances with the company. We covered all of the benefits that Lockheed had to offer, promotion process, and rough pay guess-timation.
