Initially filled out an online application through their website. Was then contacted by a recruiter, who asked a few basic questions about interest and verifying info. Then to fill out a basic conflict of interest form and a simple pre-interview form. Heard back two weeks later to schedule an interview, scheduled for a week later, and had a 45-minute behavioral interview. Interviewer was super nice and clarified they prefer the STAR method, which the whole company is super up front about.

Very easy going and relaxed, take your time and be honest and open with everything you know. They are very helpful and will explain everything to the detail, be sure to ask them questions.
