Lockheed Martin reached out to me after my hiring manager found my resume in their system from an online application I had submitted about 3 months prior. From there they contacted me about doing an on-site interview at their Sunnvyale, CA facility. Travel was paid for, interview was 3-4 30-minute interviews with members of HR and my hiring manager. All questions were behavioral (no technical), they using a process called STAR (situation, task, action, result). Questions were along the lines of: "talk about a situation where you had a communication breakdown, and how you resolved it" and "talk about a time when you had a particularly successful team experience, and why it was successful".
