It was a very laid back and casual interview. We mostly talked about the ins-and-outs of the company and what professional growth opportunities are offered from within. In the end, my interviewer requested me to send them a summary of everything we discussed in an email. Their reasoning was to compare verbal and written communication skills.

Interview was pretty straight forward, face to face with the hiring manager. Glanced over my resume and began the process. There was nothing surprising about this interview as it was a technical interview to see about my skill set and go over my resume.
