I applied online. After about two months, I received an email from an AI to set up an interview a week later. The interview was mostly going through my resume with the interviewers asking questions about specific projects and experiences on there.

Very soft skill and leadership style based. They are trying to hire you as a person and not you as a skill set. They will teach you what they want you to know.

This was a pretty simple interview process. If you truly know what you are doing you should be able to pass. I enjoyed talking to the hiring manager he was extremely respectful
It was a nice casual conversation with the manager and supervisor. Not very formal, just talking about my experience and why I would be a good fit for the role.
