I applied online. Got an initial phone interview with HR a day or so after submitting my application. Got a second interview with the hiring manager a week after the initial phone interview. Got a third (and final) interview with the hiring manager, senior manager and two other team members that worked under the hiring manager a week or so after my second interview. Each interview lasted no longer than 30min. All interviews were through Zoom. Most questions that were asked were based on what you had provided in your resume. There were a few situational questions, questions revolving around what you find important and a personality question. I was given time towards the end of each interview to ask questions I had about the position, team etc.

Initial candidate phone screening conducted, followed by a VTC interview the next week. Job and hiring managers were located in Fort Worth, TX. I’m in Utah. Two days after the interview, I accepted the job offer since they also provided a relocation package.
